  • Mediterranean Sea Coordinates: Latitude & Longitude Boundaries
The Mediterranean Sea doesn't have a single latitude and longitude as it's a large body of water. However, we can define its boundaries using approximate coordinates:

    * Northernmost point: 46° N (near the border of France and Italy)

    * Southernmost point: 30° N (near the coast of Libya)

    * Westernmost point: 3° W (near the Strait of Gibraltar)

    * Easternmost point: 36° E (near the coast of Syria)

Therefore, the Mediterranean Sea lies roughly between 30° N and 46° N latitude and 3° W and 36° E longitude.
