You can't see "all of the bright side moon" because the Moon's rotation is synchronized with its orbit around Earth. This means we always see the same side of the Moon, regardless of its phase.

However, what you might be thinking of is a full moon. During a full moon, the entire illuminated half of the Moon is facing Earth, so we see the maximum amount of its bright side.
