There are over 200 stars that contribute to the outline of the constellation Cygnus, as seen in the night sky from Earth. However, when it comes to the number of stars within its borders, there are an estimated 150 billion stars in the Cygnus constellation. This includes both the stars that are easily visible to the naked eye, as well as those that can be observed through telescopes.
