The Pillars of Creation are still present in the universe. They are a part of the Eagle Nebula, which is about 7,000 light-years from Earth. Although, they may look different due to ongoing star-forming processes and natural evolution in the nebula over millions of years. However, it's important to note that our observations and understanding of celestial objects are limited by the speed of light and technological capabilities.
