Neil Armstrong's footprints are still on the moon. The Moon's lack of atmosphere means that there is no wind, water or other conditions that could erode or wear away these footprints. The Apollo astronauts' boot prints and other surface disturbances should still be preserved to this day. However, it important to note that human impact on the lunar surface are subtle and may be difficult to observe with the naked eye.
