  • Human Missions to Mars: Current Status and Future Plans
As of my knowledge cutoff in September 2021, there have not been any human trips to Mars. Several robotic missions have been conducted to study Mars, including the ongoing Mars 2020 mission, which landed the Perseverance rover on the planet in February 2021.

There are ambitious plans for future human missions to Mars, with several space agencies and private companies expressing their intent to send astronauts to the red planet. SpaceX, for example, aims to establish a permanent human presence on Mars with its Starship program.

However, there are significant technical challenges and risks involved in sending humans to Mars, such as the long travel time, exposure to radiation during the journey, and the harsh Martian environment. As a result, no crewed missions to Mars have yet been launched, and it is likely to be many years before the first humans set foot on the planet.
