    Gamma Corvi, also called Giedi or Gienah Gurab, is the brightest star in the constellation of Corvus. It has a stellar classification of B8III, which means it is a blue giant star. Gamma Corvi has an apparent visual magnitude of 2.58, making it the 27th brightest star in the night sky. It is located at a distance of 159 light years from Earth.
