For a spacecraft traveling at a constant speed, it would take much longer than 42.9 years to reach Capella. This is because no spacecraft has yet been developed that can travel even close to the speed of light. Even at a speed of 10% the speed of light, it would take over 429 years to reach Capella. Currently, the fastest spacecraft ever launched, the Parker Solar Probe, travels at about 0.002% the speed of light. At that speed, it would take over 21 million years to reach Capella.
Therefore, given our current technology, it is not practical or feasible to travel to Capella in the foreseeable future.
