The 1972 Eisenhower silver dollar does not depict the moon landing on its reverse surface. It features an engraving by Frank Gasparro of President Dwight D. Eisenhower's widow Mamie at his gravesite next to a large five-pointed star.
There are, however, commemorative U.S. coins issued in more recent years that bear scenes related to various Apollo moon landings on their reverse sides but these coins hold far higher valuations in comparison.
