  • Global Population Projections: UN's 2050 & 2100 Forecasts
The United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs (UN DESA) periodically releases updated projections of the world population. Their most recent set of projections was published in 2019 and is called the World Population Prospects 2019.

According to the World Population Prospects 2019, the global population is projected to reach 9.7 billion by 2050 and 11.2 billion by 2100. The global population is currently estimated to be around 7.8 billion.

However, it's important to note that these are just projections and they can change over time due to various factors such as changes in fertility rates, mortality rates, and migration patterns. The actual population size at a given point in the future may differ from these projections.
